While the burgers are cooking, prepare the creamy sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by spreading the creamy sauce on the bottom bun, adding lettuce, the cheesy patty, crispy bacon, tomato slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
